I promised I wouldn’t…but I did.

Two things I can’t live without?  Cheerios and milk.

My husband is the only guy I have ever known that cooked a full meal every night for himself when he was a bachelor.

Sadly, being the husband of a wedding photographer means that he still eats a lot of dinners alone.  When I am gone meeting with clients or at a shoot, he faithfully prepares dinner: a main dish, a side dish, vegetables and a salad.

I come home and the left overs are in the refrigerator neatly packed into tupperware containers.   I tell him how yummy it looks…and then I proceed to eat cereal for dinner.  To which he says, “Oh lady, you really should eat something beside cereal”.

There is just something about eating a full meal after 8 or 9pm that just doesn’t sit right with me (or my waistline).

When he recently went out of town for one night I promised I wouldn’t eat cereal for dinner…but I did.
